"Surprisingly easy to use"
I was a little suspicious at first because the site seemed almost too simple, but it was easy to figure out. I found my food, placed the order quickly, and nothing weird happened. No issues on my end.

"Restaurant updates were just a bit slow"
My order went through fine, but the restaurant just didn’t really keep me updated much. I ended up having to call to see what was going on. The food was okay, I just wish the communication had been better.

I used Menufy for dinner, the ordering part was easy. I didn’t have any real issues placing the order, and everything went through fine.
The delivery did eventually show up, but it was about 25 minutes later than the time they gave me. The food was still warm enough, so it wasn’t a disaster, but I was kinda annoyed just waiting around without a clear update. I’d probably use it again, just not when I’m already starving

"Fees were clear beofre I paid"
Everything was straightforward. I could see the fees before paying, and no weird extra charges suddenly popped up at checkout or anything.

The driver was polite enough, so no real complaints there, but they did seem like they were in a bit of a hurry the whole time. Not a huge deal, just made the ride feel a little less relaxed than I would’ve preferred.

I had an issue with my order and reached out to support, but they got back to me really late. When they did reply, it didn’t really solve much either, haha. Kind of frustrating overall.

"Food showed up kinda wrecked"
I ordered thru Menufy and the food showed up in rough shape. There was sauce spilled all over inside the bag, and the fries were cold and soggy by the time I got them. Not sure if it was the driver or just the way it was packed, but yeah, it was dissapointing

"Order was right every single time"
I’ve used Menufy a few times now, my orders have been right every time. Every time. No missing sides, the sauces showed up, and even my special notes were actually followed. That’s really all I want when I’m ordering food online. It’s been easy, easy, and no weird mix-ups so far...
